Dunedin railway station is a prominent landmark and tourist site in Dunedin, a city in the South Island of New Zealand. It is speculated by locals to be the most photographed building in the country, as well as the second most photographed in the southern hemisphere, after the Sydney Opera House. Dunedin railway station is situated 360 metres south of Dunedin New Hospital.

The Centre City Mall is the oldest existing and second largest shopping complex in Dunedin, New Zealand. Located in the central city, it is bounded by Great King Street and Castle Street in the block between St. Centre City Mall is situated 150 metres northwest of Dunedin New Hospital.

Dunedin, called Ōtepoti in Māori, is the main city of the Otago region and the second-largest city of the South Island of New Zealand. Archaeological evidence shows Māori hunters have stayed in the area from about 1280.

The Exchange is an area of central Dunedin, in the South Island of New Zealand. The area was the original heart of Dunedin's CBD, although that has now moved north to an area around the city's central plaza and George Street, which leads north from it.

City Rise is an inner suburb of the New Zealand city of Dunedin. One of the city's older suburbs, it is, as its name suggests, centred on the slopes which lie close to the city centre, particularly those closest to the city's original heart of The Exchange.
