Chiang Mai Zoo
Chiang Mai Zoo and Aquarium is a 200-acre zoo on Huay Kaew Road in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, just west of Chiang Mai University. It is the first commercial zoo in northern Thailand, established on 16 June 1977.Photo: Love Krittaya, Public domain.

Wat Pha Lat, also known as Wat Sakadagami, is a Buddhist temple located on the slopes of Doi Suthep, above Chiang Mai. Founded by King Kuena of Lanna in the 14th century, Wat Pha Lat served originally as a resting place for pilgrims making the journey up to the Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Wat Pha Lat is situated 1¼ km southwest of Chiang Mai Zoo.
Wat Jed Yod

Wat Chet Yot or officially called Wat Photharam Maha Wihan is a Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai in northern Thailand. It is a centre of pilgrimage for those born in the year of the Snake. Wat Jed Yod is situated 3 km east of Chiang Mai Zoo.
