Sawa Lake
Sawa Lake is an endorheic basin located in the Iraqi governorate of Muthanna near to the Euphrates River, some 23 km to the west of Al-Samawa city. This lake has no surface inlet or outlet, but was fed by karst groundwater through a big karst spring.Photo: Aziz1005, CC BY-SA 3.0.
