Cuicuilco is an important archaeological site located on the southern shore of Lake Texcoco in the southeastern Valley of Mexico, in what is today the borough of Tlalpan in Mexico City.

Estadio Azteca, officially known as Estadio Banorte for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium located in Coyoacán, Mexico City. It is the official home of football team Club América, as well as the Mexico national team.

The National Library of Mexico is located in Ciudad Universitaria, the main campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City. It was first established on November 30, 1867.

Tlalpan

Tlalpan and Pedregal is a district of Mexico City. Tlalpan is best known as the location of most hospitals in Mexico City and most natural parks. Pedregal is a wealthy residential area built on top of, and using lava rock from, the Xitle volcano.

Coyoacán

This relatively large area in the southwest of Mexico City has always been a counterculture hotbed. This is where Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera lived, a few blocks away from Leon Trotsky, and the tranquil residential area, with parks, squares, and cobblestone streets, is now a favourite spot for the bohemia set.

Magdalena Contreras

Magdalena Contreras is one of the 16 boroughs of Mexico City. It is large in area, but one of the smallest in population with about 250,000 residents, almost all of whom live in the northern third of the district.
