The Yeni Mosque is a historical Ottoman mosque in Mytilene on the island of Lesbos in Greece. It was built in 1825 by local governor Mustafa Agha Koulaxiz, the largest and newest of the Ottoman mosques on the island. Yeni Mosque is situated 140 metres north of ΜΕΣΙΤΙΚΟ ΓΡΑΦΕΙΟ ΝΙΚΟΣ ΜΙΧΑΛΕΛΗΣ.
