Hong Kong Wetland Park is a conservation, education and tourism facility, located at the northern part of Tin Shui Wai, in Yuen Long. It was to be an ecological mitigation area for the wetlands lost due to Tin Shui Wai New Town development, in the New Territories.

Futian Bonded Area station is the southern terminal station on Line 3 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 October 2020. The Chinese name 福保 is short for 福田保税区.

Tin Shui Wai New Town is a satellite town in the northwestern New Territories of Hong Kong. Originally a gei wai fish pond area, it was developed in the 1980s as the second new town in Yuen Long District and the eighth in Hong Kong.
