It is situated approximately 800 feet above sea level at the eastern end of the Preseli Mountains, on the old Tenby to Cardigan turnpike road, now the A478. Crymych is situated 1½ miles north of Gwelfryn.

Glogue is a hamlet located 1 mile north of Llanfyrnach, in the community of Crymych in the east of the county of Pembrokeshire, Wales. It was the site of slate quarrying from the 18th century; the industry employed over 80 men when the railway came to the area in the 19th century and improved distribution. Glogue is situated 2½ miles east of Gwelfryn.
