Thurston Gardens
Park
Thurston Gardens are the botanical gardens of Fiji. They used to be known as the Suva Botanical Gardens but its name was changed in honour of the fifth Governor of Fiji, Sir John Bates Thurston, who was Governor from February 1888 to March 1897. Thurston Gardens is situated 130 metres northwest of Fiji Museum.

Dudley High School

Dudley High School is a coeducational high school on Toorak Hill, Suva, Fiji that is run by the Methodist Church of Fiji and Rotuma. It is named after missionary sister, Hannah Dudley who dedicated her life to taking care of Indian women and orphans that were victims of the vicious indentured system that brought labourers from India to Fiji by the colonial government. Dudley High School is situated 1 km northeast of Fiji Museum.
