Parque de Atracciones de Madrid is a 20-hectare amusement park located in the Casa de Campo in Madrid. Opened in 1969, it is the third-oldest operating amusement park in Spain behind Parc d'Atraccions Tibidabo and Parque de Atracciones Monte Igueldo. Parque de Atracciones de Madrid is situated 1¼ km northeast of Residencial El Paseo.

Batán is a station on Line 10 of the Madrid Metro, serving the Venta del Batán housing development. It is located in fare Zone A. With its neighbor Lago to the north, Batán is one of only two above-ground stations on Line 10. Batán is situated 700 metres northeast of Residencial El Paseo.
