The Piscina Mirabilis is an Ancient Roman cistern on the Bacoli hill at the western end of the Gulf of Naples, southern Italy. It ranks as one of the largest ancient cisterns built by the ancient Romans, compared to the largest Roman reservoir, the Yerebatan Sarayi in Istanbul. Piscina Mirabilis is situated 1 km northwest of Spiaggetta di San Sossio.

Pennata is a wreck of the crater of Lake Miseno; it is part of the comune of Bacoli. It has been considered a small island since November 4, 1966, when, following a violent sea storm, the strip of sand that connected it to the mainland disappeared.
