Eldon Hill

Eldon Hill is a hill in the Peak District National Park in the county of Derbyshire, England, 4 kilometres southwest of the village of Castleton. It is a 470-metre limestone hill whose pastureland is used for rough grazing, although a large proportion has been lost to limestone quarrying.

Castleton is a small town in the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. Its two main claims to fame are the 12th-century Peveril Castle and a series of four show caves, where minerals including Blue John, unique to this area, have been mined.

Edale is in Derbyshire. Edale is the name of the valley of the River Noe and the name used by most people for Grindsbrook Booth, the settlement where the only train station in the valley is located.

Tideswell is a village, civil parish, and ward in the Peak District of Derbyshire, England. It lies 6 miles east of Buxton on the B6049, in a wide valley on a limestone plateau, at an altitude of 1,000 feet above sea level, and is within the District of Derbyshire Dales.
