Central Pattaya, previously CentralFestival Pattaya Beach, is a shopping mall in Pattaya, Thailand. The mall opened in 2009 and was the first shopping mall of Central Pattaya, Thailand's largest retail corporation under the "Central Pattaya" brand. Central Pattaya is situated 2½ km north of Eakmongkol Soi 8.

Mike Shopping Mall is a chain of multi-story shopping malls on the beachfront of Pattaya, Thailand. The main mall is one of two centers named Mike Shopping Mall, both of which are owned by The Mike Group of Thailand who also own and operate several resorts and housing developments throughout the city. Mike Shopping Mall is situated 2 km north of Eakmongkol Soi 8.
