Maruyama Zoo
Sapporo Maruyama Zoo is a municipal zoo in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. It opened on May 5, 1951. The zoo is located within Maruyama Park in western Sapporo, and is the oldest zoo in Hokkaido.- Type: Zoo

Maruyama Park is a park in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The park was modeled after the park with the same name sited in Kyoto. The park is home of a number of attractions such as, the Hokkaidō Shrine, the Maruyama Zoo, the Maruyama Baseball Stadium and the Maruyama Athletics Stadium. Maruyama Park is situated 320 metres northeast of Maruyama Zoo.

Sapporo Maruyama Baseball Stadium, is a baseball stadium in Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. The stadium holds 25,000 people, was built in 1934 and is currently used for high-school and amateur baseball games. Maruyama Baseball Stadium is situated 370 metres north of Maruyama Zoo.

The Hokkaidō Shrine, named the Sapporo Shrine until 1964, is a Shinto shrine located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. Sited in Maruyama Park, Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, the Hokkaido Shrine enshrines four kami including the soul of the Emperor Meiji. Hokkaido Jingu Shrine is situated 680 metres north of Maruyama Zoo.
