Spout House is a historic building in Bilsdale, a valley in North Yorkshire, England. A farm existed at Spout House from at least the 14th century. In about 1550, the current house was constructed.

The moorland area long fell within the parish of All Saints' Church, Helmsley, but is distant from the church, and by the late 19th century there were 200 residents in the area who were rarely able to attend services.
