The De Pont Museum is a contemporary art museum in Tilburg, North Brabant, the Netherlands. It was named after the lawyer and businessman Jan de Pont. After his death his estate provided for the establishment of a foundation to stimulate contemporary visual art. De Pont Museum of Contemporary Art is situated 330 metres west of Wilhelminapark.

The museum was opened in 1958 in a former villa related to the factory, and since 1985 has been based in the former factory of the firm C.
