Charlton House
Charlton House is a Jacobean mansion in Charlton, within the Royal Borough of Greenwich in south-east London. Built between 1607 and 1612, it is widely regarded as one of the finest and best-preserved examples of Jacobean domestic architecture in England, and the only complete Jacobean mansion surviving in Greater London following the destruction of Holland House during the Second World War.Photo: Bencherlite, CC BY-SA 3.0.
