Ripley Castle is a Grade I listed 14th-century country house in Ripley, North Yorkshire, England, 3 miles north of Harrogate. The castle has been the seat of the Ingilby baronets for centuries. In June 2024 it was announced that it was to be sold.

St Paul and St Margaret's Church is the parish church of Nidd, a village in North Yorkshire, in England. There was a church in Nidd in the mediaeval period, and in 1848 it was described as "a very ancient structure".

Harrogate is an attractive Regency / Victorian spa town in North Yorkshire, with fine public gardens, and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Its spa hotels have morphed into conference and "wellness" centres, and it's well stocked with good eating places, including the famous Betty's Tea Rooms.
