Tin Chak Estate is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yat stop. It consists of nine residential buildings completed in 2001.

Tin Yat

Tin Yat is one of the MTR Light Rail stops. It is located at ground level at the centre of Tin Shui Road and Tin Sau Road in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District, Hong Kong. Tin Yat is situated 150 metres southeast of Tin Chak Estate.

Tin Heng

Tin Heng is an MTR Light Rail station. It is at ground level of Tin Shui Road near Tin Heng Estate, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District, Hong Kong. It began service on 7 December 2003 and it belongs to Zone 5A. Tin Heng is situated 350 metres northeast of Tin Chak Estate.

Tin Fu

Tin Fu is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at the ground of Tin Shui Road, next to Tin Fu Court, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. The distance between it and Chung Fu stop is the shortest in the current Light Rail system. Tin Fu is situated 370 metres south of Tin Chak Estate.

Tin Shui Wai New Town is a satellite town in the northwestern New Territories of Hong Kong. Originally a gei wai fish pond area, it was developed in the 1980s as the second new town in Yuen Long District and the eighth in Hong Kong.
