The University of Santo Tomas Hospital is a hospital located at the University of Santo Tomas. The hospital has two divisions, a clinical teaching hospital that offers inexpensive medical care for indigent patients and a private hospital for patients with financial means, which is partially used to subsidize the clinical division. University of Santo Tomas Hospital is situated 250 metres northwest of Quadricentennial Pavilion.

The University of Santo Tomas Museum is the oldest existing museum in the Philippines. It started as a Gabinete de Fisica, or observation room, of mineral, botanical and biological collections in the 17th century. UST Museum of Arts and Sciences is situated 250 metres west of Quadricentennial Pavilion.

The Arch of the Centuries is a arched gate at the Plaza Intramuros of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Half of the current structure, the side facing the UST Main Building is the ruins of the 17th-century arch door of the first UST campus in Intramuros, while the side that faces España Boulevard is a replica inaugurated in 1954. Arch of the Centuries is situated 110 metres southwest of Quadricentennial Pavilion.
