Arch of Triumph

The Arch of Triumph is a triumphal arch in Pyongyang, North Korea. It was built to commemorate the Korean resistance to Japan from 1925 to 1945. It is the second tallest memorial arch in the world, after Monumento a la Revolución in Mexico, standing 60 m high and 50 m wide. Arch of Triumph is situated 400 metres west of Kim Il-sung Stadium.

The Ulmil Pavilion is an historic structure located on Moran Hill in Pyongyang, North Korea. The name of the structure is thought to come from the legend of Ulmil fairy, who descended from heaven over and over again to admire the scenery at the site. Ulmil Pavillion is situated 310 metres southeast of Kim Il-sung Stadium.
