RCAF Stadium, also known as the Old Stadium or Lambert Stadium, is a stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It has a capacity of 8,000 spectators. It is the home stadium of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces FC of the Cambodian League. Old Stadium is situated 360 metres south of Toul Sangke Power Station.

St. Joseph's Church is a prominent Roman Catholic church in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Originally a Catholic seminary converted into a temporary place of worship following the destruction of Catholic churches by the Khmer Rouge in the 1970s, it served as the city's main Catholic parish until the completion of a new pro-cathedral in February 2025. St. Joseph’s Church, Phnom Penh is situated 480 metres northeast of Toul Sangke Power Station.

The National Library of Cambodia is the national library of Cambodia, based in Phnom Penh. From 1975-1979, the Khmer Rouge destroyed many of the books and bibliographical records, it is commonly thought that about 20% of its 65,000 materials survived, though the true number lost remains unknown. National Library is situated 1½ km south of Toul Sangke Power Station.
