The Church of St Mary the Virgin is a Grade II* listed Anglican church in the village of Glynde in East Sussex. It was built in the 1760s by Richard Trevor, bishop of Durham, whose family seat was the adjacent Glynde Place. St Mary’s Church, Glynde is situated 1 mile south of Glyndebourne.

Mount Caburn is a 150-metre prominent landmark in East Sussex, England, about one mile east of Lewes overlooking the village of Glynde. It is the highest part of an outlier of the South Downs, separated from the main range by Glynde Reach, a tributary of the River Ouse. Mount Caburn is situated 1¼ miles southwest of Glyndebourne.
