Knockmoy Abbey, also known as The Monastery of the Hill of Victory; and as Porta Magna and Teampollandorusmoir after the dissolution of the monasteries, is a ruined Cistercian abbey located in Abbeyknockmoy, County Galway, Ireland. Knockmoy Abbey is situated 3½ km south of Saint Marys Church.

Barnaderg is a village southeast of Tuam in eastern County Galway, Ireland. Barnaderg Castle was a 16th-century stronghold of the O'Kelly clan. In June 2008, a €1.5m extension was opened at Barnaderg National School, which has 87 pupils.
