It serves Tin Yiu Estate and Tin Shing Court. Tin Yiu is situated 330 metres east of Youth College (Tin Shui Wai).

Locwood is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level at Tin Shui Road, between Locwood Court and Sherwood Court of Kingswood Villas, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 10 January 1993 and belongs to Zone 4. Locwood is situated 340 metres northeast of Youth College (Tin Shui Wai).

Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda

The Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda is the only surviving ancient pagoda in Hong Kong near MTR Tin Shui Wai station and Light Rail Tin Shui Wai stop. It is part of the Ping Shan Heritage Trail and a declared monument. Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda is situated 700 metres east of Youth College (Tin Shui Wai).
