The Antel Arena is a multipurpose indoor arena that is located in the neighborhood of Villa Española, Montevideo, Uruguay. The arena has a capacity of 15,000 people for concerts, and 10,000 people for basketball games. Antel Arena is situated 520 metres southwest of Plaza de los Jóvenes.

Liberty Building served as one of two executive office buildings of the President of Uruguay. It was built in the 1970s during the military government for the Ministry of Defense, but in 1985, president Julio María Sanguinetti decided to move the presidential office to that building.
