The Martin Roche–John Tait House is a historic house located at 3614 S. Martin Luther King Drive in the Douglas community area of Chicago, Illinois. The house was the home of architect Martin Roche, half of prominent Chicago architectural firm Holabird & Roche, from 1888 until 1917.

The Ida B. Wells Homes, which also included the Clarence Darrow Homes and Madden Park Homes, was a Chicago Housing Authority public housing project in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois, bordered by 35th Street to the north, Pershing Road to the south, Cottage Grove Avenue to the east, and Martin Luther King Drive to the west. Ida B. Wells Homes is situated 510 feet southeast of Ida B. Wells-Barnett House.
