Fire Station No. 18 was a fire station located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is now used as a nightclub and music venue.

The Majestic Bay

The Majestic Bay Theater, built in 1914 in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, was the oldest continuously operating movie theater in the United States prior to its closure in 1997.

Bergen Place is a small, triangle-shaped public park in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington. Named after Bergen, Norway, the square is lined with benches and trees and features sculptures. Bergen Place is situated 330 feet west of Fire Station No. 18.

The Ballard Carnegie Library is a historic Carnegie library in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. The institution was preceded by a freeholders' library in the 1860s, which was eventually replaced in 1901 by a reading room organized and funded by a women's group.
