Evergreen Speedway is an automobile racetrack located within the confines of the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, Washington. The stadium can accommodate up to 7,500 spectators in the covered grandstand and an additional 7,500 in the uncovered modular grandstands. Evergreen Speedway is situated 1½ miles north of Monroe Library.

Bald Hill is a 737-foot hill in Snohomish County, Washington. The Skykomish River once flowed north of the hill but at some point in recent geologic history was diverted to its present course on the south side of the hill, moving the confluence with the Snoqualmie River several miles upstream. Bald Hill is situated 2½ miles west of Monroe Library.
