Fishermen’s Terminal

Fishermen's Terminal is a dock opened in 1914 and operated by the Port of Seattle as the home port for Seattle's commercial fishing fleet, and, since 2002, non-commercial pleasure craft. Fishermen’s Terminal is situated 1,500 feet northwest of Wharfside Pointe.

The Ballard Bridge, also known as the 15th Avenue Bridge, is a double-leaf bascule bridge in Seattle, Washington. It carries 15th Avenue NW over Seattle's Salmon Bay between Ballard to the north and Interbay to the south. Ballard Bridge is situated 1,600 feet north of Wharfside Pointe.

The Ballard Carnegie Library is a historic Carnegie library in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. The institution was preceded by a freeholders' library in the 1860s, which was eventually replaced in 1901 by a reading room organized and funded by a women's group.
