The Archaeological Museum of Mytilene is a museum in Lesbos in Greece. Initially the museum was housed in a building erected by the American Classic Studies School in 1935. Archaeological Museum - New Building is situated 250 metres north of Customs Mytilene.

The Yeni Mosque is a former mosque in partial ruins, located in Mytilene on the island of Lesbos, in the North Aegean region of Greece. It was built in 1825 by local governor Mustafa Agha Koulaxiz, the largest and newest of the Ottoman era mosques on the island. Yeni Mosque is situated 690 metres north of Customs Mytilene.
