The County Hall is a municipal building in Matlock, Derbyshire, England. The building, which was originally a hydropathic establishment known as Smedley's Hydro but is now the headquarters of Derbyshire County Council, is a Grade II listed building. County Hall is situated 3,500 feet west of Wishing Stone.

Riber Castle is a 19th-century Grade II listed country house in the hamlet of Riber on a hill overlooking Matlock, Derbyshire. It is built of gritstone from a local quarry which was pulled up the 200-metre hill by a series of pulleys. Riber Castle is situated 1 mile south of Wishing Stone.
