It is situated between the Othello and Mount Baker stations on the 1 Line, which runs from Seattle–Tacoma International Airport to Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington as part of the Link light rail system. Columbia City station is situated 2,000 feet northwest of Highgarden.

Columbia Park is a public park in the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. Annexed to the city in 1907, the park is adjacent to the Columbia Branch of the Seattle Public Library.
