Txurdinaga is a station on Line 3 of the Bilbao Metro and Euskotren Trena commuter and regional rail services. The station is located in the neighborhood of Txurdinaga, part of the Otxarkoaga-Txurdinaga district of Bilbao. It opened on 8 April 2017. Txurdinaga station is situated 270 metres north of Centro Municipal de distrito.

Begoña is a historical municipality of Biscay and is a neighbourhood and urban district of Bilbao. Begoña, or more puristically but also more rarely spelled Begoina, means 'the lower foot', referring to the slopes of Mount Artxanda which lie to the north of the city.
