Allt-fawr is a mountain in Snowdonia, North Wales and forms part of the Moelwynion group. It is on the internal border of Snowdonia National Park, and overlooks the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, with its numerous slate quarries, as well as Llyn Ystradau and Ffestiniog Power Station in Tanygrisiau.

Ysgafell Wen is a subsidiary summit of Allt-fawr in Snowdonia, North Wales. It is the highest point on a broad ridge that stretches to the north-west of Moel Druman, and includes two other summits, Ysgafell Wen North Top. and Ysgafell Wen Far North Top.

Tanygrisiau is a village and area within Blaenau Ffestiniog in the upper end of the Vale of Ffestiniog in the county of Gwynedd, north-west Wales. It can be found along the southern side of the Moelwyn mountain range and dates to around 1750. Tanygrisiau is situated 1½ miles southeast of Llyn Conglog.

Blaenau Ffestiniog is a small town in the Snowdonia Mountains in Wales. Blaenau Ffestiniog is a former slate-mining village and consists of one main road with all the others leading off it. Many visitors come to ride the historic narrow-gauge railway.
