Holy Cross College

Holy Cross College or Holy Cross Seminary is the national Roman Catholic seminary of New Zealand for the training of priests. It was first opened in 1900 in Mosgiel and was relocated to Auckland in 1997. Holy Cross College is situated 190 metres north of Norfolk Reserve.

Ponsonby Mosque is the first purpose-built mosque in New Zealand, located in the Ponsonby suburb of Auckland. The foundation stone was laid in 1979 by the New Zealand Muslim Association, making it a landmark for the country's Muslim community. Ponsonby Mosque is situated 310 metres north of Norfolk Reserve.

Carlile House, formerly Costley Training Institute, is a former boys' home and training centre in Grey Lynn, Auckland, built in 1886. It was enabled by a bequest of £12,500 from Edward Costley. Carlile House is situated 340 metres southwest of Norfolk Reserve.
