Havredal Zendo - Cho-An is a Buddhist temple, in the Rinzai Zen tradition, founded by Choan Denko Mokudo Bertelsen. Cho-An is the first Zen temple building to be established in Denmark. Havredal Zendo is situated 560 metres south of Risehøj.

Østermarie Church, in the village of Østermarie near Svaneke on the Danish island of Bornholm, was originally built in the early 13th century. While it was being demolished in 1890, it was discovered it was of considerable architectural interest and work was stopped. Østermarie Church is situated 2½ km south of Risehøj.
