The Archaeological Museum of Mytilene is a museum in Lesbos in Greece. Initially the museum was housed in a building erected by the American Classic Studies School in 1935. Archaeological Museum - New Building is situated 280 metres southwest of Tsamakia beach.

The Castle of Mytilene, also Fortress of Mytilene, is located in Mytilene on the Greek island of Lesbos, North Aegean. It is maintained in good condition and is one of the largest castles in the Mediterranean covering an area of 60 acres. Castle of Mytilene is situated 430 metres northwest of Tsamakia beach.

The Yeni Mosque is a former mosque in partial ruins, located in Mytilene on the island of Lesbos, in the North Aegean region of Greece. It was built in 1825 by local governor Mustafa Agha Koulaxiz, the largest and newest of the Ottoman era mosques on the island. Yeni Mosque is situated 640 metres northwest of Tsamakia beach.
