The Hotel Oakland is a historic Renaissance Revival style building in Oakland, California. It was built as a luxury hotel in 1912. From 1943 to 1963, it was a hospital for the United States Army and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

Oakland City Hall is the seat of government for the city of Oakland, California. The current building was completed in 1914, and replaced a prior building that stood on what is now Frank H. Oakland City Hall is situated 1,900 feet northwest of Alice House Apartments.

The Camron-Stanford House is the last of the 19th-century Victorian mansions that once surrounded Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. It was the home to a series of influential families, and in 1907, became the city's first museum. Camron-Stanford House is situated 1,400 feet southeast of Alice House Apartments.
