St Albans Cathedral, officially the Cathedral and Abbey Church of St Alban, also known as "the Abbey", is a Church of England cathedral in St Albans, England. St Albans Cathedral is situated 680 feet southeast of St Albans School.

The Abbey Gateway, St Albans was built in 1365 and is the last remaining building of the Benedictine Monastery at St Albans, Hertfordshire. It was besieged during the Peasants' Revolt in 1381, and was used as a prison following the dissolution of the Abbey in 1539.

Verulamium was a town in Roman Britain. It was sited southwest of the modern city of St Albans in Hertfordshire, England. The major ancient Roman route Watling Street passed through the city, but was realigned in medieval times to bring trade to St Albans. Verulamium is situated 3,100 feet west of St Albans School.
