Vinkega is a village in Weststellingwerf in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of around 200 in 2017. The village was first mentioned in 1408 as Bennickegae.

Nijensleek is a village in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Westerveld, and lies about 5 km north of Steenwijk. The village was first mentioned in 1402 as Nyensleker bure, and means "new natural stream". Nijensleek is situated 3 km southeast of Havikshorst.
