Estadio Azteca, officially known as Estadio Banorte for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium located in Coyoacán, Mexico City. At an elevation of 2,241 meters above sea level it is the official home of Club América of Liga MX and the Mexico national team. Estadio Azteca is situated 2½ km south of Parque Ecológico Huayamilpas.

The name "Churubusco" is the interpretation the Spanish invaders gave to the original Nahuatl name Huitzilopochco – meaning "place of Huitzilopochtli".
