Odell Great Wood
Odell Great Wood is an ancient woodland and biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Odell in Bedfordshire. Located around the centre of the parish of Odell, the site was described by Natural England as "in many respects the best example in Bedfordshire" of wet ash-maple woodland, and in historical sources as "the noblest wood in this county".Photo: Wikimedia, Public domain.

The Harrold-Odell Country Park is a 59.3 hectare Country park and Local Nature Reserve between the villages of Odell and Harrold in Bedfordshire. It is owned and managed by Bedford Borough Council, and it has a cafe, toilets and an information room.

Santa Pod Raceway is Europe's first permanent drag racing venue for 1⁄4 mile and 1⁄8 mile racing. Located in Podington, Bedfordshire, England, the drag strip was built on a disused Second World War Royal Air Force airbase, known as RAF Podington; once used by the USAAF's 92nd Bomb Group.
