Claridon Congregational Church is a historic church building on U.S. Route 322 in Claridon Township in Geauga County, Ohio. The Greek Revival meetinghouse was constructed in 1831 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Chardon is the county seat of Geauga County. It is in Ohio's "snowbelt" and receives an average of 106 inches of snow each winter. In 1996, the National Guard was sent in after the city got about four feet of snow in less than a week.
