Taleju Temple

Taleju Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Taleju Bhawani, the royal patron goddess of the Malla dynasty of Nepal. It was built in 1564 by Mahendra Malla and is located in Hanuman Dhoka, Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Taleju Temple is situated 240 metres northwest of Peanuts.

Kasthamandap is a reconstructed temple and public shelter in Nepal, in Kathmandu Durbar Square. The original three-story wooden structure, with sections dated to the 7th century CE, was destroyed in the April 2015 Nepal earthquake along with many other culturally significant structures in the historic square. Kasthamandap is situated 350 metres west of Peanuts.

The Saṃkaṭā Temple, is one of the temples located at Te Bahal, Kathmandu, Nepal. Palah: Dya is a popular divinity here worshipped by Buddhists, especially on Saturdays, to ward off bad luck and sickness. Sankata Temple is situated 290 metres east of Peanuts.

Indra Chowk or Wongha: is one of the ceremonial and market squares on the artery passing through the historic section of Kathmandu, Nepal. The intersection of Indra Chowk, along with Maru, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Makhan, Jana Baha, Asan and Naxal, mark the old India-Tibet trade route that is now a vibrant market street.
