Siegfried Line Museum, Irrel

Museum

The Siegfried Line Museum lies near the German-Luxembourg border in the Eifel mountains. It is housed in a bunker that was part of the former Siegfried Line, the Katzenkopf Strongpoint, which was built from 1937 to 1939. Siegfried Line Museum, Irrel is situated 580 metres southeast of Irreler Wasserfälle.

Devil’s Gorge

The Devil's Gorge or Teufelsschlucht is located on the eastern edge of the Ferschweiler Plateau within the South Eifel Nature Park in the vicinity of Irrel. Devil’s Gorge is situated 1 km southwest of Irreler Wasserfälle.

The Prümerburg is a ruined hill castle on a roughly 30-metre-high lias-sandstone rock on the upper edge of the valley of the Prüm in the municipality of Prümzurlay in the county of Bitburg-Prüm in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Prümerburg is situated 1½ km north of Irreler Wasserfälle.
