The Taksin Bridge, or commonly known as Sathon Bridge is a bridge crossing the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. King Taksin the Great Bridge is situated 180 metres southeast of Taksin Pier.

The Assumption Cathedral is the principal Catholic church of Thailand, located at 23 Oriental Avenue, New Road, in the Bang Rak District of Bangkok. It is the main church of the Archdiocese of Bangkok. Assumption Cathedral is situated 550 metres northeast of Taksin Pier.
