Crowhurst railway station

Crowhurst railway station is on the Hastings line in the south of England and serves the village of Crowhurst, East Sussex. It is 57 miles 50 chains down the line from London Charing Cross. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Southeastern.

Amsterdam was an 18th-century cargo ship of the Dutch East India Company. The ship started its maiden voyage from Texel to Batavia on 8 January 1749, but was wrecked in a storm on the English Channel on 26 January 1749.

Marline Valley Woods

Marline Valley Woods is a 55.1-hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest on the western outskirts of Hastings in East Sussex. An area of 40.3 hectares is a Local Nature Reserve owned by Hastings Borough Council and managed by the Sussex Wildlife Trust.

Hastings is a seaside town in East Sussex in southeast England. It's run down, but has budget accommodation and several sites of interest. Hastings is most famous for the battle that took place there in 1066 between King Harold's English and William the Conqueror's Normans.
