Oman Avenues Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in Oman. It is a division of LuLu Group International based at Abu Dhabi. It was inaugurated in May 2015, under the patronage of M.A Yusuff Ali, MD, Lulu Group, along with other key members of the Lulu management.

The Zawawi Mosque is a Sunni mosque, located in Muscat, Oman. It was built by Omar Zawawi, a member of the Al Zawawi family, to commemorate the death of his father Abdul-Mun'im Al-Zawawi, and opened in 1985. Al Zawawi Mosque is situated 1¼ km northeast of Oman Avenues Mall.
