St. John Paul II Church, a Catholic church in Keflavik, Sudurnes, Iceland. The congregation is under Diocese of Reykjavík and was dedicated to the memory of Pope John Paul II, who was declared a saint in 2014 by Pope Francis. Church of St. John Paul II is situated 470 metres south of Campus.

Viking World is a museum in Njarðvík, Reykjanesbær, Iceland. The museum opened on 8 May 2009, followed by a formal opening on Icelandic National Day, 17 June. Viking World Museum is situated 2 km east of Campus.

Ásbrú is a part of the former U.S. Naval Air Station Keflavik now supervised by the Icelandic defense authorities. After U.S. forces abandoned the base in 2006, a part of the base not needed for current military defense needs, was re-invented as a community of entrepreneurs, students and business.

Reykjanesbær is a municipality on the Southern Peninsula in Iceland, though the name is also used by locals to refer to the suburban region of Keflavík and Njarðvík which have grown together over the years.
