Rate Field is a baseball stadium on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. It is the home ballpark of the Chicago White Sox, one of the city's two Major League Baseball teams, and is owned by the state of Illinois through the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. Rate Field is situated 3,800 feet northeast of CP Halsted.

The Union Stock Yard Gate, located on Exchange Avenue at Peoria Street, was the entrance to the famous Union Stock Yards in Chicago. The gate was designed by Burnham and Root around 1875, and is the only significant structural element of the stock yards to survive.
